Booking conditions

For your greater peace of mind and comfort, we present the guest manual and accommodation terms.


REGISTRATION

Art. 1 - According to the Normative Instruction of the Ministry of Tourism (EMBRATUR), it is mandatory when a guest enters/Check-In, to complete the complete FNRH (National Guest Registration Form) as well as present a document valid original with photo;

Art. 2 - If there is a Child and/or Adolescent, they must present a valid original document for the Child and another that proves the authority of the Adult they are accompanying (birth certificate, ID or travel authorization form of responsibility);

 

ACCOMMODATION

Art. 3 - Accommodation lasts a maximum of 22 hours, starting at 2 pm and ending, without fail, at 12 pm the following day. After this period, an additional amount will be charged;

Art. 4 - If you are arriving before 2pm or leaving after 12pm, please notify reception in advance to find out if there is space available;

Art. 5 - If you exceed the check-out limit (12pm), you will be charged half (50%) of the contracted accommodation amount, until 4pm; and if you exceed this time, the amount charged will be a contracted daily rate;


DELIVERY OF THE KEYS

Art. 6 - When you leave the Inn, hand over the KEY to the apartment AT RECEPTION, for greater security and control.

Art. 7 - When you leave (check-out), hand over the key to reception.

Sole paragraph - If you forget to return or hand over the key, unfortunately you will be charged R$ 30.00 (thirty Reais) to cover the cost of the key and key fob.


APARTMENT CONSERVATION

Art. 8 - Upon departure (check-out), the apartment may be inspected. If the apartment gets excessively dirty (stains, grease, blood, paint, mud, etc.), to clean it, we will spend more time and more products, resulting in extra expense to leave it sanitized and clean, in the same conditions as you found it. upon entering the apartment. For this, a fine will be charged in the amount of half the cost of accommodation in the table value. If there is damage or loss of objects, expenses will be added, as well as the value of the damage caused or the lost object;

Art. 9 - If you stay alone in suites with 2 beds and soil (use) both, you will be charged an additional fee as if it had been rented for 2 people.


RESERVATIONS

Art. 10 - All reservations are preferably confirmed via email. Your reservation will be guaranteed until 8:00 pm on the scheduled arrival day (check-in). After this time it will be automatically cancelled.

1st - If the guest does not check-in, without previously canceling the reservation by 8:00 pm, 50% of the value of the contracted accommodation will be charged.

2nd We charge advance amounts to guarantee the reservation (min. 50%).


COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP

Art. 10 - Contracts for booking accommodation and lodging must always be embodied in written documents, consisting of:

I - in the case of accommodation reservation: exchange of correspondence (including via WhatsApp or e-mail) between those responsible for the accommodation, or their representatives, and the guest, or contracting tourism agent;

II - in the case of accommodation carried out by the establishment via reception, during guest registration (check-in), a National Guest Registration form - FNRH, in a model approved by EMBRATUR, for completion, signature and return by the guest.

Art. 11 - Payment can be made in national cash, debit and credit card or bank deposit.

Art.12 - The service provided refers to accommodation, for the guest's temporary use, in Housing Units (HU) specific to this purpose and other minimum services necessary for the guest.

1st - The provision of service has a direct relationship with the guest and the company responsible for paying the expenses arising from hiring the hosting service.


FOR CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS AND EXTRA BEDS

Art. 13 - Extra beds for adults or children are subject to an additional charge;

Art. 14 - Only units on the ground floor are allowed to accommodate children under 5 years of age

Art. 15 - Accommodation for minors under the age of eighteen can only be carried out upon presentation of documentation or express authorization from parents or guardians, subject to penalties in Law no. 8,069, dated 07/13/1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute);

Art. 16 - Children must sleep with disposable diapers or disposable mattress protectors brought by their parents, to avoid damage to mattresses, bedding and/or bath linens in the apartments;


ACCOMMODATION PRICES, FEES AND EXTRA OBJECTS.

Art. 17 - Our price is established according to the period of use, category and number of occupants in our apartments;

Art. 18 - One set of towels (bath) per guest and one set of face towels per room are available;

Art. 19 - Individual bath towels will be charged separately;

Art. 20- We do not charge service fees. Except bar services provided in the minibar, restaurant and bar.


FROM BREAKFAST

Art. 21- Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation, served exclusively in the breakfast room, when the access doors are open:

I - From Monday to Sunday, starting at 7:30 am and ending at 10:00 am;

II - Once the breakfast service has ended, the self-service table will be removed.

III - if the guest has missed breakfast time, there will be no discount on the value of the contracted accommodation, as the service is pre-determined at the times referred to in section I of this article, and no complaints can be made.

Art. 22 - Once breakfast time is over and the guest wishes to enjoy it, it will be booked separately (service not included in the daily rate), directly at reception, and served in the room. If there is damage, breakage of dishes or dirt on the bed linen and bath linen, a corresponding fine will be charged.


RESPONSIBILITIES FOR VALUABLES AND PERSONAL OBJECTS

Art. 23- We are not responsible for objects or belongings left in common areas of the inn or for valuables or money left in the apartment;

Art. 24 - It is requested that bags be closed when leaving the apartment;

Art. 25 - The Pousada offers a safe, optional, to be requested at reception;

Art. 26 - In the absence of the guest, the apartment must remain locked and the key handed over to reception.


FROM THE PARKING LOT

Art. 27 - We do not have parking, but we have limited spaces in front of the inn (street) for cars, motorcycles or small trucks. It is open and free not covered by insurance;

Art. 28 - Guests are kindly asked to keep their vehicle closed and locked, not leaving objects or valuables inside the vehicles in the parking lot, thus avoiding damage, theft and robbery, as well as future hassles;

Art. 29 - Any type of damage to the vehicle, such as break-in, fire, acts of vandalism carried out by third parties, will be reported to the police for possible investigation;

 

ROOM STORAGE:

Art. 30 - Cleaning and tidying of the apartment (maintenance) will be carried out whenever more than one night is booked, from Monday to Sunday, daily, between 08:00 and 13:00. If you do not wish to use this service, please inform reception;

Art. 31 - When occupying the apartment continuously, bed and bath linen will be changed every three days or as necessary. In order to change the set of towels (bath and face) more often during the stay, they should be left on the bathroom floor.

Art. 32 - Bedroom clothes (sheet, pillowcase, blanket, bed cover, face or bath towel and bathroom rug), used to clean shoes, hair dye, makeup or other purposes that damage the item, or increase dirt normal use (shoe marks, blood, among others), you will be charged the value of the item that is used/damaged, or the value corresponding to sanitization and cleaning;

Art. 33 - To maintain the quality of bed and bath linen, as well as furniture and equipment, we need to charge guests when they are damaged or excessively dirty;

Art. 34 - Maximum care is requested with objects, bed/bath linen, furniture and utensils owned by the Pousada, which are intended for guests to provide comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, shortage or loss will be charged to the guest's account;


VISITS

Art. 35- To avoid embarrassment, inform the reception of the arrival of a visitor.

Art. 36 – The visitor must identify himself at reception and fill out the FNRH for registration, as determined in art 1.


OF FORGOTTEN OBJECTS

Art. 37 - Forgotten objects will be kept under custody for a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the check-out date. After the deadline, the Pousada will be able to allocate them to the destination that best suits you.


PROHIBITIONS

Art. 38 - It is expressly prohibited:

I - Use sound equipment in the common areas of the inn and parking lot. Please respect other guests by maintaining silence, especially between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am;

II - Accelerating your car excessively, causing disturbance of peace and smoke.

III - Hanging clothes/towels on apartment balconies/windows, throwing objects out of windows, on the floor of corridors and parking lots or in the bathrooms;

V – Throwing trash on the floor, cigarettes, etc. Be polite, keep the common area clean;

VI - Use an electric iron, stoves, lighters, portable stoves and other similar equipment at the Inn.

VII - Enter sectors restricted to employees (laundry, kitchen, warehouse, etc.);

VIII - Take towels from the apartments for any activity outside the Inn;

X - Wear bed/bath clothes, to clean shoes, hair paintings, makeup or other purposes that damage the piece (will be charged the value of the piece that is used/damaged for these purposes);


WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY (check-in completed)

Art.38 - Cancellation of accommodation already made (check in) at the inn, as well as early departure for any reason, including unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit in new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or amounts paid.


FOR YOUR PET

Art. 39- Small pets are allowed in our inn.


GENERAL PROVISIONS

Art. 40 - The Pousada is exempt from liability arising from services freely chosen by the customer, such as tours, transfers, laundry services, meals and the like;

I - We do not offer laundry services.

Art. 41- Urbanity, peace, hygiene, silence (after 9 pm) and good conduct must be maintained mainly in the inn area. Failure to comply will result in a fine for a contracted accommodation and compulsory departure, without prejudice to the contracted amount;

Art. 42 - Changing apartments (upgrading) is sometimes possible and sometimes not, depending on the occupancy of the hotel at the time of the request. The impossibility of upgrading does not generate any type of compensation for the guest;

Art. 43 - The jurisdiction of the District of the Municipality of the Pousada/Hotel is elected, irrevocably to settle any controversy;

Art. 176 of the Penal Code - Eating a meal in a restaurant, staying in a hotel (...) without having the resources to make payment. Penalty - detention, from 15 (fifteen) days to 02 (two) months, or fine.

Art. 1,467 of the Civil Code - The following are pledged creditors, regardless of agreement:

I - hosts, or suppliers of accommodation or food, on the luggage, furniture, jewelry or money that their consumers or customers have with them in their respective homes or establishments, for the expenses or consumption they have made there;

 

Cancellation policy

Considering the start of other packages and daily rates, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:

Up to 60 days before entry, the refund will be in full, without administrative fees.

59 days prior to entry, 50% of the amount paid will not be refunded.

It can be canceled up to 7 days after purchase, with a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Amounts paid on the website by credit card, if the establishment has received part of the value of the stay and the customer cancels the total stay, within the period established in the cancellation policy, the corresponding cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card corresponding to card operator.
